Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. If applicable, please cancel your order within 12 Hours of submitting the order or return the items and place a new order.
Canceling Your Order
You may cancel an order within 12 Hours of submitting. Orders placed using Coupon or Gift Cards cannot be cancelled. For information about refunds or exchanges, please see our return instructions.
How do refunds work for canceled orders?
We don’t charge your payment until the order ships. If you cancel an order, you won’t be charged, so you won’t need to be refunded. You might see an initial authorization for the order total—this is a temporary hold on funds that will automatically drop off within a few days.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
No, our team moves quickly to process and ship your order—we cannot change your delivery address. However, after your order ships, you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can update the address or redirect the package to a pickup facility:
